The Philippines is a country composed of more than seven thousand tropical islands, each one blessed with its own secret beaches, forest “hide-aways,” and of course endless mountain biking trails and scenic road rides. Surprisingly, despite of this rich and diverse recreational and adventure options, one would apparently be hard-pressed to find a company that offers the means to experience all this beauty first-hand, with what else, but a bicycle. I have been searching the internet for a long time for a company that can offer reliable and experienced bike touring services in the Philippines for some time. My interest in the service was sparked by the large volume of inquiries I receive about bike touring in the country, and always, my answer has been to look up individuals who might be able to do the job – but never an actual professional service. I was surprised when I accidentally stumbled onto the pages of Bugoy Bikers, a company based in Cebu, Philippines and offering all the adventures that one can imagine – on a bike!
